The Missouri Lottery has officially published the winning numbers for its full lineup of drawings conducted on Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2026. Players across the state who purchased tickets for multi-state jackpots as well as daily in-state offerings can now examine their entries to determine whether they hold a winning ticket.

The national Mega Millions drawing stood as the primary highlight of the evening's schedule. The winning combination drawn for the Sept. 15 Mega Millions game consisted of white balls 27, 36, 43, 57, and 58, with the gold Mega Ball recorded as 16. Participants matching these selections are encouraged to verify their tickets against official records to determine their prize division.

In the daily state-level selections, the Pick 3 game conducted two separate sessions during the afternoon and evening hours. The Pick 3 Midday drawing yielded the three-digit winning sequence of 9-3-1, accompanied by a Midday Wild number of 6. Later that evening, the Pick 3 Evening drawing produced the winning sequence of 2-5-3, with an Evening Wild number of 1.

The Pick 4 game followed a similar daily structure, offering two opportunities for participants to play. The Midday Pick 4 session generated the winning four-digit sequence 5-7-4-7, featuring a Midday Wild selection of 0. For the subsequent Evening Pick 4 drawing, the system selected 4-9-2-7 as the main combination, paired with an Evening Wild ball of 7.

State lottery participants also participated in the Show Me Cash game, which is drawn nightly. The winning five-number combination selected for the Sept. 15 Show Me Cash drawing was 09, 11, 12, 30, and 37. Holders of matching lines are eligible for cash awards corresponding to the tiered payout structure of the game.

The fast-paced Cash Pop game featured five distinct drawings spaced throughout the day, providing multiple winning digits for participants. The Early Bird drawing kicked off the schedule with the winning number 07, followed by the Morning session which produced the number 08. The afternoon Matinee drawing revealed the number 12, while the Prime Time drawing in the evening resulted in the number 06. The final drawing of the cycle, the Night Owl session, concluded the sequence with the number 10.

Following the conclusion of these drawings, lottery officials have outlined the official procedures required for ticket holders to redeem their cash prizes. The process for claiming winnings depends directly on the total valuation of the prize won.

For smaller prizes, all authorized Missouri Lottery retailers throughout the state are permitted to process and pay out prize redemptions that amount to $600 or less. Winners holding tickets within this bracket can present their winning entries directly at local retail counters to receive their funds.

When prize amounts exceed the $600 threshold, players must navigate an alternative redemption process. Winners in this higher tier have two authorized methods to collect their funds: submitting an official claim package via postal mail or scheduling an in-person appointment at one of the Missouri Lottery's regional office locations.

To initiate a claim by mail, claimants are required to prepare a specific set of documentation. Players must obtain and fill out a Missouri Lottery winner claim form, sign the actual winning ticket, and furnish a photocopy of a valid, government-issued photo identification card. In addition, claimants must submit a fully completed Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Form W-9 to satisfy federal reporting guidelines.

Lottery officials emphasize the critical importance of properly endorsing the physical ticket before mailing. Winners must ensure that their full legal name, current residential address, primary telephone number, and handwritten signature are legibly inscribed on the back of the ticket.

All mail-in claim packages containing the required forms and signed tickets must be forwarded to the designated state processing center. Submissions should be addressed to Ticket Redemption, Missouri Lottery, P.O. Box 7777, Jefferson City, MO 65102-7777. Players can access printable claim forms and further guidance through the official prize claim section of the Missouri Lottery website.
